Coresi Quarter Project in Brasov, Romania

Blizzard Design Srl. has signed the contract for the delivery of “Project management services for the design of stage I of the Coresi Quarter Project in Brasov, Romania”.

The Coresi Quarter Project is to be developed on a 121 ha plot. The future project will include an urban area of housing, an area of commercial spaces (i.e. mall, a superstore, a commercial street), an office area, cultural and leisure spaces, hospitality spaces and a light industrial area.

The project includes the coordination of the design for the following utilities: power network, water supply network, wastewater network, rainwater network, gas network, telecommunications/data networks, heating network and road network.
