New contracts for Blizzard Design Srl. in the last quarter of 2009

Blizzard Design Srl. has been awarded two new projects in Constanta and Hunedoara counties (Romania).

The “Feasibility study for the Tomis Riviera, between Mamaia Resort and Tomis Port in Constanta” is the first project for the Municipality of Constanta, and will establish a 5.5 km road connection between Tomis Port in Constanta and Mamaia Holiday Resort.

The future coastal road will mainly serve light traffic and will include 4 lanes for vehicle use, a green verge where the street lighting will be, a pedestrian sidewalk, cycling lanes, and road ditches. Parking areas and surfaces for commercial areas will be included along the length of the project. The proximity to the Black Sea means that consolidation and wave protection works will have to be considered.
